Really liked the area and the hotel and the unit. Great location and no need to have a car for your stay, pool top area and bar was great. Hotel and facilities were great. You could walk to just about anything you would need. Unit was very clean with nice view. We had a problem with the washer not working in the unit on a Friday, communicated to Cielo stays they sent someone to fix and they couldn't and were going to send a technician, we never heard back about this even after I brought up again, We checked out the following Tuesday and no further communication from them on fixing. So disappointed with "Cielo Stays" on this. All in all I would have rated whole experience and stay higher without this follow-up issue. Would of been nice with communication or credit for this issue, but no follow-up. Many Restaurants in the area charge gratuities on your bill so make sure to check your receipt. Short uber drive from FLL airport also. Resort daily fee is higher for what you receive.

The best customer experience I have ever had! Greetings were performed upon reservation, 1 week before start date, day before, and each day we had the rental. It was great to know we were in great hands during our stay. Local area is safe to walk around at night on the beach unlike Miami. There is plenty of food on the beach with restaurants, bars, hookah lounges, and if you don’t like that, there is always Hollywood or going to Fort Lauderdale. All in all, great experience and saved for the future.

Great experience and a wonderful location! I have never been to Hollywood Beach before, but I am so glad this is where I stayed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was great! Super clean and large. The full kitchen was a plus! This was so much better than a small hotel room. It really enhanced my experience. I felt like I was staying at a very expensive hotel, which was pretty cool. The building is just steps from so many restaurants and bars. The beach was also beautiful. There was some seaweed, but that’s just the time of year. Getting two chairs for free was nice too. Things can get very expensive, but I am so glad those were provided. The pool is a must see! The restaurant and bar are great. Again, the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Even visiting on a busy holiday weekend, I felt that there was plenty of room to relax. I am excited to return. Thank you Jose!

excellent location and value. one bedroom with a den can hold 5 people. However there was not enough storage or sets of towels for 5 people. Checkin is made chaotic by not allowing checking when the room is ready. Front desk will only release room with approval from Cielo, even if room is ready.

Great view from our balcony. The roof pool, view, bar and seating area were awesome. Great to be able to hang out there anytime 24/7. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool water :-(. Otherwise, clean and professional resort. Would have liked to have some beach towels to use but we went out and bought some. Disappointed that the fitness center was not open as it was being renovated but it was not listed on the amenities anyway. Looking at all the other buildings on the boardwalk, believe we had one of the best accommodations.
