We had a great stay! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the boardwalk with so much to do nearby. It was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space thanks to the two pull-out beds. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers that were provided—it made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. One thing to note: be sure to read the fine print so you’re aware of the registration fee and daily resort fee ahead of time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Did not like the 800$ extra fees once checking out. 40$ a day for parking plus 40$ a day resort fee. We stayed a week. Loved the location it was beautiful and the views and beach was spectacular.

Since we missed our connection flight, we arrived 30 hours late so did not have much time to enjoy the stay But service was good, rental wa clean and comfortable and we would recommend

This was a wonderful stay. Our check in was a breeze. The room was super clean and so spacious. We were very comfortable and satisfied. Ricardo checked in via text to make sure everything was going well a few times which was nice. The beach was absolutely beautiful and we were so happy to have complimentary beach loungers. Umbrellas were an extra fee and a great asset. The beach staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was really convenient and everything we needed was close. If you want the best seafood meal of your life go across the street to GG’s waterfront. It’s worth every penny. We would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our room and the hotel. With one bedroom, a nook with a queen sleeper sofa/tv, and family room with sleeper sofa, this can sleep 6, but probably best for 3 or 4. Not any privacy for the two sleeper sofas. Was also an inflatable mattress available. Rooftop pool was warm and inviting. Towels were provided. Adequate seating even during the spring break period. Check into getting a city parking permit for $21/week through the city of Hollywood government website. Allows you to park in any metered spot on the street or city public parking garages. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Don't be fooled by images--the "infinity pool" on the roof is a reflection pool only. Very friendly workers at the front desk and in the hallways.

Pros: this listing was amazing! Apartment was well appointed, literally steps to the ocean, bars, and restaurants. Rooftop offers pool, hot tub, bar with restaurant. They will store your luggage (loved this!) and you can access all amenities while waiting for your room to be ready or after check out. Lobby staff incredible people. Host was incredibly communicative and answered all questions in a timely way. Cons: the floors were dirty (the kind you don’t see but will feel on the bottom of your bare foot/turn foot black). Several written reminders in the home and via check in/check out materials to take out the trash — I normally do this as a courtesy but I paid a substantial cleaning fee and quite honestly felt as though I was being taken advantage of. Also, my towels never got refreshed as requested. Overall it was a 5 star stay, my only qualm is the justification of the cleaning fee if guests are expected to participate in some of the cleaning…

The place is beautiful all around. From the views to the rooftop pool to the apartment itself. It was clean and so much bigger than it looked in pictures! We loved our stay and it’s right next to the boardwalk so we had easy access to food and the beach. For some odd reason you have to pay for towels so we brought our own. There is an overnight parking fee of $37 but we felt it was reasonable considering the area and keeping our car in a safe space was worth it to me. We were impressed and hope to stay here again someday!
