Séjour de rêve. Le confort et les commodités d’un tout inclus mais avec la liberté de se promener partout autant sur le broadwalk qui est à 1 minute de marche que pour la proximité de toutes les activités autour. Le seul bémol était que nous n’avions pas de balcon et le prix de stationnement est assez dispendieux. L’appartement possède aussi peu de d’ustensiles de cuisine et de commodité si vous souhaitez vous faire à manger lors de votre séjour. La machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais la buanderie était juste à côté. L’hôte a été super proactif et aucun souci majeur durant notre séjour. La piscine est exceptionnelle.

Excellent location with rooftop pool & hot tub. It's near the Hollywood Boardwalk which is great for daily walks and has lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything needed for making you own meals and we had groceries delivered easily. The room itself could use some updating, but if you aren't expecting perfection, it's great for a spot for a family or girls trip.

Within a few minutes of entering our unit at the tides we noticed to it be very humid and hot. We lowered the thermostat to 68° and when about our day , upon returning, it was still 74° and 90% humidity. At this point I reach out via phone and they send up the on-site maintenance who tried to tell me that the air conditioning was working correctly and nothings wrong. After much back-and-forth, he finally did agree that I was correct. The air leaving the vents was at 69° where it should be 55 to 58°. while this was all going on, I spoke to my neighbors in the adjoining units who told me the air conditioning in the entire building has been out since Saturday. We checked in on Monday. Why were we allowed to check in? Since the A/C was down all the vents, bathroom was growing mold. After 8 hours of back and forth in the chat and phone calls and a sleepless night. They did step up and move us to an amazing property called Costa Hollywood! They saved our vacation, we’ll 100% return to Costa!

Paid for a place with a rooftop pool. The place was undergoing pool repairs in June per my reservation. Thinking the pool would be already repaired in late July, when my reservation was, we thought we were in the clear. Found out the pool wasn’t going to be completed until the end of July on the day or our arrival, giving us 0 time to find other arrangements. Although they did refund me one night stay for another reason, i think giving us a heads up the pool was still being repaired would have been helpful. We paid for a place with pool but did t have a pool to enjoy. They waited until the last second, hoping the pool would have been repaired by our arrival. They gambled and lost. If you like a host that gambles, here they are. I like truthful and honest.

Me and the family loved the place, it was big, quiet, great location and had everything we needed for our stay, The only thing I would say I have any complaints about is the TVs, they could be better and bigger and the washing machine that didn't really work but other than that our stay was excellent. We definitely want to book again.

The location was great — a 1-minute walk to the beach. We also really enjoyed having been able to have our dog with us. The place was as described, however the washer was malfunctioning when we first arrived. The company reacted promptly and had someone fix the issue within 30 minutes. No issues have arisen since. Thank you!

The room was very nice! Everything was walkable and the beach was step away from the building..the rooftop pool and bar were great. There was a DJ at the bar and the staff were friendly and helpful and everything was cleaned daily. Parking is Valet only, which was not cost effective if you stay 30 days like we did. My only complaint would be the outside noise of other guests that were blaring their music until 3:30am on some nights or walking down the halls with their music blaring.

This was the perfect condo for me and my family of 5. The location was great as it is close to many restaurants, the airport, and Walmart. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The foldout bed was a bit lumpy but not unbearable. I would definitely stay again!

The condo was spacious, simple and clean. The bed was comfortable and it wasn’t too noisy. The kitchen was missing a few things but had the basics. The rooftop pool was very nice. Towels didn’t show up until noon or so and people saved their chairs early in the morning but the views were great, the water was warm and the bar was nice. The beach was nice and the location is great. There are a lot of restaurants to walk to, especially across the street on the water.

Beautiful condo, LOTS of space. Looks exactly like the pictures. Only thing I didn’t like was the refrigerator is very nice and fancy but it didn’t work. It didn’t keep none of our food cold at all. Another thing was that it’s a third party at a hotel. Which means getting towels, tissue or anything else the front desk couldn’t help us with. We had to write and wait on our host to respond to get certain things. I booked the condo for 4 people which was more than enough room, but they only gave us two towels. Eventually we got more but it was just the process of contacting them back-and-forth and waiting. And there is also a $25 per day service charge fee for the hotel. Other than that beautiful condo if you’re looking to stay in Hollywood, Florida.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and broad walk. Plenty of restaurants. Cabanas and umbrellas to rent. Anything else sub par was made ok due to location itself. The front desk staff is nothing to speak of. Told us we could check in a little early. Then showed us the patio and never kept us informed and ended up wanting to check us in late because they were still cleaning. Booked and paid for cleaning which never happened. Got a refund but was disappointed since we were trying to relax and have a clean place to come back to after a day at the beach with kids. They were busy that day but then they probably shouldn’t have made those time slots for cleaning available. Their volume is not my problem and either need to make it unavailable or hire more staff. Dishwasher broken. All in all, very modern nice place. Rooftop pool was amazing and perfect for after the beach. I would still stay here again for the location itself.
