Highly recommend this unit/bldg/area! Beautiful beach, great rooftop pool, right near the boardwalk with lots of fun restaurants. Well maintained unit was spacious enough for our group of 4 adults. Dbl bed area had curtains to lend privacy. Sofa bed was even comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Looked just as advertised. Fantastic book collection! As a person who sleeps with a fan on year round, it was especially nice there was a box fan for use. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had all essentials and more. The location was everything! Pool was great and the rooftop bar and grill was even better. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

The bed was not firm. The hot-tub and pool completely shut down promptly at 8 pm. We wanted to stay longer. Beautiful and well maintained unit nand we would be happy to stay at our unit again. Great place in a very fun neighborhood. Some miscommunication with the host about getting a pack and play for our baby, so we did not have one for the first night. They did work to find us one for the rest of our stay. Also, the resort fees were written in fine print (not obvious on listing). Otherwise, would recommend.

The place is in a great location and the balcony had nice views despite not being directly on the water. You could see the ocean and the intercoastal. I would prefer a king bed and I overlooked the description saying the bed was only a queen. I also would have preferred larger size tv's and tv's that were smart tvs. I appreciate the fact that the unit allowed my little dog and did not charge extra for her. The rooftop pool and bar were very nice. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to enjoy Hollywood Beach boardwalk.

This is a great place a hotel-like apartment complex. It is pretty quiet but there is an adjacent room separate by double-doors. When that is occupied, you can certainly hear a TV or muffled speech. (They had no parties, though.) The pool is actually HEATED which is a great plus. Towels are available by the poolside. There is a tiny market place at the street's corner, and a larger one on Broadwalk ~ 7 min walking distance. Pre-arrival check-in is a little nuisance compared to self check-in in multiple other places. Street noise is tolerable for a city apartment. $ 35 nightly for valet is a rip-off but at least it is disclosed upfront. Beds are comfy.

It wad fine, the late check-in was frustrating but the place was clean. Roof top pool is really nice. Additional charges for parking and room rental were excessive in addition to the cost of the room
