Beautiful view and the friendliest staff around. They stored our luggage at checkout and allowed us to use the pool and lounges as we had a late flight. Clean room with basic dishware. Couldn't figure out the oven. Washer/dryer combo was a great bonus. Plenty of toiletries, dish soap, and washer pods were provided. Amazing rooftop pool and lounge with bar and restaurant. Would stay again.

The property is nicely located. Steps from the beach and Broadwalk, specifically, the area that has bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool and lounge at the resort was an added bonus. The room was clean and has an ocean view from the balcony. I would have liked more shower toiletries to have been provided, as only a small bottle was there. The only con that I would attribute to the host was the excessive charge for early check in. Check in was at 4. We arrived at noon and the resort held our bags and let us change and use the ammemties which was great. I asked about early check in and was told to message the host. The host provided a link. After a few clicks, it was clear they wanted to charge either $40 or $80 depending on how early we wanted to check in. There is no doubt the room was already prepared, so I do not understand this charge to open the door early, which we didn’t do. If this is a resort charge, then I’ll blame the resort, if a host charge it feels like a money grab

I had a great getaway. Super easy to get around by Uber- and all restaurants you may need within a short 5 min walk. Beach access and beach chairs was a great. Kitchen and laundry was perfect for me. Only upsetting feature of this stay was no pool due to maintenance. I did not find out until till 24 hours before my stay. I felt like someone dropped the ball on communicating earlier when the pool went OUT OF Service. The bar/restaurant on the rooftop is spectacular. I would stay at this location again: just hoping the pool is back up and running. The host responded and quickly and fix matters of concern.

It Was a very nice, clean and spacious room. The rooftop was great, so many different ways to relax and take in the beautiful views . The bar was pricey but still enjoyed none the less . Loved having the broadwalk right around the corner with shops, bars and restaurants, right on the beach. We didn’t need a car and was able to walk to everything. I would definitely stay again and recommend !

Ask for wash clothes, dish towels, hand towels and trash bags up front. The washing machine leaked all over the floor, but I did file a report to maintenance and they looked at it right away. The bed was also too soft and made it difficult to get a good nights rest for me personally.

Great place. Clean, new and just a few steps from the beach. The hotel is also quite comfortable, good valet parking service and very nice people at front desk. The hotel has a little convenience store and there are a lot of restaurants over the beach boulevard (Peruvian restaurant the best ??)

The unit, accommodations, location and communication were so on point. My husband and I were working through a private VPN and never once had a WiFi issue. If you want to work from the beach, this is the place to do it. Jose was very quick in all his communications and let me tell you- had we not been on the ocean or had such an amazing pool, I don’t think I would have left that bed. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in quite a while. Very impressed with every aspect of my experience. I will be back with Jose and Cielo Stays. Can’t recommend enough.
