I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The instructions were clear and extremely helpful for checking in and out. The space was clean, stocked with the essentials, and not over cluttered. The location was perfect—set back so there was not a crazy amount of people, yet still close to everything I needed. The pool and gym were great, also not crowded. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable place to stay! I come to Miami for work a few times a year and would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment right in the heart of Brickell! The unit was easy to find and check into and the host provided clear instructions ahead of our arrival. Be aware that there is heavy construction in the area so noise can be an issue but on the flip side you are walking distance from restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Overall, would recommend!

Stayed here for work, and it was a decent stay, close to everything. The apartment is new and comfortable with everything one may need for a short stay. The only issue we had was during check-in, they left us the wrong fobs for the garage and amenities in the building, and it took ~ 24 hours to resolve that. The front desk staff who are running a hotel and are not part of Airbnb ended up helping us and talking to the host about solving this.

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral in Brickell, zu Fuss erreicht man das Brickell City Center und viele kleine Shops! Das Appartment ist komplett ausgestattet incl Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner! Alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand! Perfekt der Riesenkühlschrank mit Eismaschine! Ideal der Garagenstellplatz im 2 Stock! Sehr gut auch die vom Hotel separaten Aufzüge nur für die Appartments - dadurch immer schnell verfügbar! Funktionale und schnell reagierenden Klimaanlage!

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Brickell, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shops, and within walking distance of everything you could need. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and perfectly matches the description — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was always quick and helpful. The host was very responsive and genuinely cared about making the stay pleasant. The building staff were also kind and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. The property is nice, clean and had everything we need to make our meals. The dishwasher works pretty well. The location is excellent. Everything we wanted to do in Brickell was at a walkable distance. Besides that, the metromover is near the condo. I really liked the place, but the stay had a big downside, which was the check in experience. After a 4h delay inside the plane following an 8h flight, we arrived at the property around 11PM and the lady at the reception desk said we didn’t have a reservation and even if we had there wouldn’t be any free parking and they would charge us 30 USD/day for the garage. Although we had already paid for the place and sent all the information Cielo Stays requested in advance, the lady gave us a hard time. After more than 30min, she said she found our reservation and didn’t even apologize. Nobody at Cielo Stays answered us at the time despite all the messages we sent and calls we tried. I think it was not Cielo’s fault, but was part of the stay.

Amazing stay in this Airbnb! The place was clean and having a wash and dryer in the unit was a plus for a week stay. The pool was very nice and was well used. The location was great and the neighborhood was safe to walk around. I will definitely stay here again. The staff in the front were very friendly and had great suggestions for activities. Loved this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was a little shaky since I didn’t receive the door code before hand. The only instructions given beforehand was to checkin with front desk. But door code was not given by front desk and had to contact host and wait for the code. Other than that, great place to stay, walkable from Brickell City Center and restaurants. Would stay again.
